Aims
  • The objective is to identify and assess the state of potential of biodiversity on a farm so that to propose an action plan to reduce impacts on, preserve and promote biodiversity into the system of production by suggesting sustainable actions
  • This action plan recommends some relevant actions for biodiversity in the current socio-technical-economical context.
  • This tool should raise farmer awareness on the potential for biodiversity on each farm and how to realize this potential and deploy this learning process to the whole food chain (quality and product manager; sourcing manager…).
  • BPT will identify weaknesses and strengths of a farm regarding functional biodiversity and will confirm and illustrate change over time (continuous improvement).
